We designed and implemented the mechanical project for the fire extinguishing system of the 12,000 m² indoor business center in accordance with the Turkish Regulations on Fire Protection of Buildings and NFPA 20 standards, and delivered it ready for operation.
Within the scope of the project, we implemented the building's fire safety infrastructure to high standards with approximately 1,500 sprinkler heads, a 120 m³/h capacity fire pump, and related fire extinguishing equipment.
Following the completion of the fire extinguishing system, we also undertook the design and implementation processes of light commercial ducted air conditioning systems to meet the business center's climate control needs, thus ensuring the building's heating and cooling comfort.

SCA Engineering completed VRF system engineering and installation at the EMT Ambulance Management Building in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul. The project was developed around zone-based climate control, with a coordinated selection of outdoor and indoor units. Concealed ducted units were used in office areas to preserve the architectural finish, while cassette indoor units served shared spaces. The installation was coordinated to support reliable operation, occupant comfort and practical maintenance.
