We work on VRF and commercial air conditioning, ventilation, fire protection, central HVAC, heating and plumbing installations. Our team coordinates the survey, mechanical design, equipment selection and site work so that each system fits the building and the way it is used.
Technology explained through your project
SCA Engineering is a Mitsubishi Heavy and FujiTherma VRF dealer. We explain the selected series’ technology, installation conditions and operating limits in relation to your rooms, load and controls. A proposal identifies the models, accessories and installation responsibilities.
A clear route from survey to handover
We review the layout, existing infrastructure and operating priorities before calculating and selecting the system. We coordinate service access, electrical interfaces, drainage, ventilation and controls during installation. At handover, we provide the agreed installation information and commissioning records.
