Variable Temperature and Capacity Control adjusts target operating pressure according to indoor demand. Its practical value lies in the hours when rooms have different occupancy or load levels. We design the capacity distribution and operating schedule around that use. Actual energy consumption depends on the selected combination and conditions.

Continuous Heating Capacity Control supports heating behaviour and capacity management around low outdoor temperatures and defrost. We assess it with the building’s winter heat loss and the model’s capacity at the design temperature. We do not treat this feature as the removal of every defrost event.
Airflex / Draft Panel: direct the air thoughtfully
Compatible cassette panels help reduce direct draught around occupants. We match the indoor unit, panel and controller, then plan vane direction around desks, seating and the room’s perimeter loads. The feature’s presence is confirmed through that complete combination.

Compatible FDU and FDUM units support automatic external-static-pressure control. We still calculate the duct duty, choose terminals and measure air distribution during commissioning. Automatic adjustment supports a correctly designed system; it cannot correct every duct or grille error.

We define local setpoints, operating schedules, permissions and any BMS requirement together. Central management, interfaces and consumption-allocation functions depend on compatible equipment. The selected control scope is identified in the project proposal.

Compact front-discharge equipment for villas, small offices and shops. Select the single- or three-phase suffix alongside simultaneous loads, outdoor airflow and the route to each room.

The FDC224KXZPE1 and FDC280KXZPE1 8–10 HP group combines a compact arrangement with 22.4 / 28.0 kW nominal cooling. The 2025 catalogue places it under Micro KXZ. Its own electrical, connection and piping limits apply.

For offices, hotels and multi-zone buildings, select modules alongside part-load operation, winter performance, piping and controls. A two-pipe Heat Pump circuit and the separate KXZRE2 Heat Recovery family meet different mode requirements.

Capacity is only one selection parameter. Ceiling depth, fan duty, occupied-zone air direction, condensate drainage and access determine whether the indoor unit works well in the finished room.

Are all technologies standard on every model?
No. Features depend on series, indoor-unit family, panel, controller and system configuration. Our proposal identifies the selected equipment and available functions.
Do I need a separate ventilation system?
We assess required outdoor air separately from room heating and cooling. A cassette fresh-air option or an AHU connection must be designed for the required quantity and conditioning load.
